大会报告嘉宾
Carl K. Chang is Professor and Chair of the Department of Computer Science at Iowa State University. Chang has served as President of the IEEE Computer Society (2004). He has received the Computer Society’s Meritorious Service Award, Outstanding Contribution Award, the Golden Core Award, and the IEEE Third Millennium Medal. In 2006, he received the prestigious Marin Drinov Medal from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Chang is a Fellow of IEEE and AAAS.
Cheng-Zhong Xu is a Chair Professor of Computer Science and the Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Macau. He served as Chief Scientist for key national projects on “Internet of Things for Smart City” (Ministry of Science and Technology of China) and “Intelligent Driving” (Macau SAR, China). He was also Director of the Institute of Advanced Computing and Digital Engineering at the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is an IEEE fellow.
Hans-Arno Jacobsen holds the Jeffrey Skoll Chair in Computer Networking and Innovation and is a Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Data-Intensive Systems at the University of Toronto, where he is Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Computer Science. His research spans distributed systems, data management, and AI-driven systems, with a focus on large-scale, data-intensive infrastructures for cloud, telecom, and emerging computing paradigms. He is a Fellow of the IEEE.
Ennan Zhai is the Director of Networking Research at Alibaba Cloud and a Principal Senior Engineer. He has led the development of Alibaba Cloud’s intelligent operations system for infrastructure network reliability, as well as innovation initiatives in intelligent computing network systems. He has received two First Prizes for Provincial/Ministerial-level Technological Invention, and has also received awards, including a SIGCOMM 2024 Best Paper Honorable Mention and the Observer (Guancha.cn) 2024 Annual Sci-Tech Innovator Award.
Jian Yang is Chair Professor, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology at Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University. Before she joined BNBU, she was the inaugural Director of the Macquarie University Data Horizons research centre, and the Founding and Deputy Director of the Applied AI research centre at Macquarie University. She has published over 300 articles in top data science and service computing venues and won varies best paper awards.
